Dubuque, IA — A 49-year-old Dubuque man faces felony burglary charges after an incident Sunday afternoon in the 2400 block of Queen Street.

Randy Darrell Bennett, a white male, was arrested at approximately 2:09 p.m. on July 5, 2026, at 2414 Queen Street. He is charged with Burglary in the Second Degree (a Class C felony involving breaking and entering) and Driving While Revoked (a misdemeanor).
