DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 37-year-old Dubuque man was arrested Tuesday evening on a felony charge of enticing a minor under the age of 16 for sexual purposes.
Jonathan Sheldon Scott (W/M/37) was taken into custody at approximately 9:38 p.m. on July 1, 2026, at 4154 Bluebird Drive in Dubuque. The arrest was made by Officer H.R. Gunderson on the charge listed under arrest report AR 2026003914.
Scott faces one count of Enticing A Minor Under 16 – Sexual Purpose (Felony). His total bond was set at $20,000.00.
