Buchanan, Cedar, Clinton, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, Johnson,
Jones, Linn, Muscatine and Scott. - WHEN…Through Monday evening.
- IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. - ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
- Exceptionally high amounts of moisture will combine with
persistent lift from an area of low pressure aloft to bring
repeated heavy rain from thunderstorms.
