Dubuque, Iowa – Jordan Devan Taylor, 35, was arrested Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 1:07 p.m. at 770 Iowa Street on a felony probation violation charge.

According to court records in case 01311 SRCR164305, the arrest stems from an escape complaint from a Dubuque residential facility. Officer S.A. Kamm made the arrest.
