Memorial Day Murph Challenge (Fitness Tribute)

•  Hosted locally (e.g., by groups like XRP Fitness or CrossFit Dubuque).

•  Involves the classic “Murph” workout: 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run (with scaled/partitioned options for all levels).

•  Typically includes heats in the morning, a National Anthem, community support, and tributes to fallen service members like Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy.
