Rory Thomas Priebe, 62, was arrested on Monday, April 20, on multiple charges following an incident in Dubuque. Priebe faces the following charges:
• Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon
• General Assault
• Interference with Official Acts (No Injury/Damage)
According to court records, Priebe is currently being held under an unsecure bond of $500 with a 10% cash requirement for the lead charge. He was released on his own recognizance for the remaining simple misdemeanor charges. Priebe is scheduled to make his next court appearance today, April 21.
