DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 33-year-old Dubuque resident faces a class D felony charge of second-degree criminal mischief after being arrested early Friday morning at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center.

Jeremiah Richard Gerardy was taken into custody at 5:05 a.m. on April 10, 2026, at 770 Iowa St. Court records list the charge as Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree involving $1,500 to $10,000 in damage. The case, State of Iowa v. Gerardy, Jeremiah Richard, is docketed as 01311 FECR163756. The Dubuque Police Department filed the criminal complaint on April 7.
