DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 33-year-old Dubuque man was arrested Sunday morning on two felony charges .

Deondre Lee Wilson (B/M/33) was taken into custody at approximately 9:02 a.m. on April 5, 2026, at 350 N. Grandview Ave., according to Dubuque Law Enforcement Center records.

He faces:

•  Theft in the Second Degree – Credit Card/Automated Teller Machine Fraud (Class D felony)

•  Ongoing Criminal Conduct – Unlawful Activity (Class B felony)

The case is documented under arrest report AR 2025002375. The arresting officer is listed as Weis, D.
