Jodi Lee Wright, 26, was taken into custody at 6:30 a.m. on January 27, 2026, at 770 Iowa St. The arrest was made pursuant to a warrant issued by the Dubuque County District Court following the filing of a criminal complaint by the Dubuque Police Department on January 22.
