NOON CST MONDAY…

• WHAT…Very cold wind chills of -20 to -30 below zero expected.
• WHERE…Portions of northwest Illinois and east central and
  northeast Iowa.
• WHEN…From midnight tonight to noon CST Monday.
• IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
  Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
  exposure.
