Baylock allegedly fired multiple shots at two men in a vehicle near West 23rd Street and Central Avenue on June 23, 2022. No injuries occurred, but bullet holes damaged the vehicle and nearby buildings.

Charges:

•  2 counts Attempted Murder (Class B Felony)

•  Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon (Class C Felony)

•  Dominion/Control of Firearm by Felon (Class D Felony)

•  Going Armed with Intent (Class D Felony)

•  2 counts Reckless Use of Firearm – Property Damage (Aggravated Misdemeanor)

Jury selection started January 13, 2026, under Judge Thomas A. Bitter. Amended trial information approved same day.
