Local Woman Arrested on April Felony Drug Warrant in Dubuque

Dubuque, IA – December 6, 2025 – Madeline Kate Muenster, 23, was arrested Friday on a felony controlled substance violation warrant issued in April.

Dubuque Police Officer T.M. Kaiser took Muenster into custody at 12:45 p.m. at 770 Iowa St. She was booked into Dubuque County Jail on $25,000 cash bond.
