Dubuque, IA – Angela Lynn Fuller, 55, was arrested Monday evening on felony charges of controlled substance violation and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.

The arrest occurred at 6:00 p.m. at 770 Iowa St., site of the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, by Officer T. Nauman, according to police reports.

Fuller, a white female, faces Class D felonies under Iowa law, punishable by up to five years in prison each. Details on the substances were not released.

She was booked into Dubuque County Jail. Court date pending.
