DUBUQUE, IA – On November 21, 2025, at approximately 7:42 p.m., Dubuque Police arrested Angela Marie Wilson, 43, of Dubuque in the 700’blick of Hill Street.

Wilson faces charges of Operating While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a serious misdemeanor, and Neglect or Abandonment of a Dependent Person, a Class C felony.

Officer S. Bennett made the arrest. Wilson is being held at the Dubuque County Jail. Investigation ongoing.
