Dubuque, IA — November 9, 2025

A 50-year-old Dubuque woman was taken into custody early Sunday morning following allegations of violent behavior and breaking into a residence, according to police records.

Yolanda Demetris Mcdougal, a resident of the area, was arrested at approximately 3:43 a.m. at 1200 Jackson St. She faces charges of:

1.  Disorderly Conduct – Fighting/Violent Behavior (Misdemeanor)

2.  Burglary 1st Degree – Burglary/Breaking and Entering (Felony)
