Dubuque, IA – November 1, 2025 – Damolia Moshay Luckett, 23, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. on November 1, 2025, at 809 W 8th St., Dubuque, IA.

She faces two misdemeanor charges:

1.  Domestic assault while displaying or using a weapon

2.  Interference with official acts – no injury or damage

The arrest was made by Officer K.C. Pender of the Dubuque Police Department.

Luckett was booked into the Dubuque County Jail. No further details on the incident have been released.
