FARLEY, IA – On October 23, 2025, at 2:46 PM, Jason Adam Bennett, 40, was arrested by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department at 306 1st St S, Farley, Iowa. He was charged with 1) Possessing/Carrying a Dangerous Weapon While Under the Influence (Misdemeanor) and 2) Public Intoxication (Misdemeanor). Bennett was booked and released after posting a $200 cash appearance bond. The case was handled by C.J. Winch.
