
DUBUQUE, IA – On October 17, 2025, at approximately 2:10 p.m., Kahleigh Dianne Gladwin, a 24-year-old female resident of Dubuque, was arrested at the intersection of East 17th Street and Washington Street. The arrest was carried out by Officer D.R. Doerges of the Dubuque Police Department, following an order to issue a public/bench warrant by Judge Robert J. Richter on October 15, 2025.
Gladwin faces the following charges:
1. Theft in the Third Degree (False Pretenses/Swindle/Confidence Game), a misdemeanor.
2. Two counts of Failure to Appear for non-felony serious charges, both misdemeanors.
3. Eluding, a felony charge related to exceeding the speed limit by more than 25 miles per hour while attempting to evade law enforcement.
4. Driving While Barred, a misdemeanor.
