Dubuque, Iowa – October 15, 2025
Dubuque police arrested four men early Wednesday morning in connection with a suspected conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony at DuTrac Community Credit Union, located in the 2000 block of Holliday Drive. The incident, reported at 12:19 a.m., involved no physical break-in or harm to staff or customers, and no financial losses were reported.
The arrests occurred shortly after the alert. At 2:03 a.m., Anneiro J. Alana-Rendiles, 34, was arrested in the area DuTrac Community Credit Union 2045 Holiday Drive by Officer J.J. Dura on a misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony.

At 2:08 a.m., Wilson Enrique Colmenarez-Herrera, 23, was apprehended at the same address by Officer D.C. Bierer on a felony conspiracy charge. At 2:12 a.m.,

Winder M. Cardenas-Sayabedra, 32, was arrested at The Holiday Inn Express 2080 Holliday Drive by Officer J.M. Conley, also on a felony charge.

Three minutes later, at 2:15 a.m., Cesar A. Idrogo-Rengel, 30, was detained at the same location by Officer A.D. Manders on a felony conspiracy charge.

All four suspects are in custody at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center, with charges pending under case number AR 2025007366. Police have not disclosed details about the nature of the conspiracy or potential connections between the suspects.
DuTrac Community Credit Union, serving over 53,000 members, resumed normal operations by mid-morning. The institution thanked police for their quick response and confirmed full cooperation with the ongoing investigation.
