DUBUQUE, IA – On Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at approximately 7:15 AM, 19-year-old Noah James Harwood of Dubuque was arrested in connection with a burglary incident at 770 Iowa Street. The Dubuque Police Department responded to reports of a break-in, leading to Harwood’s apprehension on multiple charges.

Harwood faces charges of Burglary 3rd Degree (Felony), Theft 5th Degree – All Other Larceny (Misdemeanor), and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree (Felony). According to authorities, the incident involved unauthorized entry into a property, theft of items, and significant property damage.

The arrest was made by Officer B. Mize of the Dubuque Police Department. Harwood is currently in custody on an $20,000 cash surety bond and the investigation remains ongoing as authorities gather further details about the incident.
