Dubuque, IA – A 23-year-old Dubuque resident, Jamall Hakeem Chavis, was arrested on September 14, 2025, at approximately 6:04 PM at 169 Main St. Chavis faces charges of Willful Injury – Bodily Injury, a felony, and Possession of Controlled Substance – Marijuana, a misdemeanor for his first offense.
