DUBUQUE, IA – A 21-year-old man was arrested on multiple charges after a large disturbance in the city on Monday evening.

Rashawn Alexander Brayboy, of 2812 Washington St., was taken into custody at approximately 8:26 p.m. in the 500 block of West Locust Street. He faces charges of participation in a riot (misdemeanor), interference with official acts without injury or damage, and public intoxication (misdemeanor).

According to police reports, the incident involved a significant gathering that led to the arrests. A juvenile was also arrested in connection with the event, though further details about the minor have not been released.
