Dubuque, IA – On August 20, 2025, at approximately 7:25 PM CDT, James Peter Bodish, a 52-year-old male, was arrested on a bench warrant issued by Judge Thomas Bitter at 638 W 8th St, Dubuque, Iowa, following a series of serious charges. Authorities apprehended Bodish on allegations of 1) Robbery 1st Degree (Felony), 2) Harassment 1st Degree (Misdemeanor), 3) Theft 1st Degree – Motor Vehicle Theft (Felony), and 4) Probation Violation (Felony).
