DUBUQUE, IA – On August 18, 2025, at approximately 6:00 AM, Danielle Nicole Cisco, 31, was arrested at 770 Iowa St, Dubuque, Iowa, on charges related to animal neglect. The arrest, executed by the Dubuque Police Department under the direction of Officer S.W. Freiburger, follows a criminal complaint filed in the case State of Iowa vs. Scott, Danielle Nicole Cisco (Case: 01311 SRCR139031, Dubuque County).

Cisco faces two misdemeanor charges: one count of Animal Neglect – Serious Injury or Death and one count of Animal Neglect – No Injury/Serious Injury or Death. Court records indicate that an arrest warrant was initially ordered on August 11, 2020, by Judge Robert J. Richter and served by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department on August 18, 2025.
