Dubuque, IA – August 17, 2025 – Several individuals were arrested in Dubuque early today on charges related to trespassing and participating in a riot. According to reports, the arrests took place at two separate locations: 770 Iowa St and 1401 Central Ave.

Akeylah Katrice Gartley (28) and Jaeliz Enid Fuentes (24), both females, were arrested at 770 Iowa St. Gartley was taken into custody at 04:37, while Fuentes was apprehended 10 minutes later at 04:47. Both face charges of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor, and participating in a riot, a felony.

At 1401 Central Ave, Roy Kelly Bonds (36) was arrested at 03:48 and charged with OWI (1st offense), criminal trespass, participating in a riot, and driving while revoked. Later, at 06:29, Cory Michael Wilson (29) was taken into custody at the same location and charged with criminal trespass and participating in a riot.

The arrests were made by officers C.J. Meyer and R. Leitzen, with Officer McClain also involved in one of the apprehensions.

The specific details surrounding the incidents and any potential connections between the arrestees have not been disclosed. The cases will likely be further investigated and prosecuted through the local court system.
