
DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 42-year-old Dubuque man was arrested early Tuesday morning on multiple charges, including domestic abuse and burglary, following an incident at 770 Iowa St., authorities said.
Bradley Lavell Mobley was taken into custody at 1:16 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2025, and faces seven charges, according to the Dubuque Police Department. The charges include felony counts of domestic abuse assault impeding air or blood flow causing bodily injury, assault by a person against whom a protective order was issued, first-degree harassment, and first-degree burglary. Mobley also faces misdemeanor charges of simple domestic abuse assault and two counts of contempt for violating a no-contact or protective order.
Police said the charges stem from an alleged domestic incident. He was arrested at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center. Mobley is being held at the Dubuque County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
