Dubuque, IA – A 20-year-old Dubuque man, Edwin Jaheim Ventura Cruz, was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon in connection with two serious charges.
According to authorities, Cruz was arrested at 1494 Elm St in Dubuque at approximately 12:59 p.m. on July 16, 2025. The charges against him include:
- Willful Injury – Bodily Injury, a felony offense
- Participate In Riot, also a felony offense
