DUBUQUE, IA – On Thursday, July 10, 2025, at approximately 5:24 PM CDT, 19-year-old Unekca Rayelle Smith was arrested by Officer B. Barbour at 3500 Dodge St in Dubuque, Iowa. The arrest stems from an incident that led to multiple charges against Smith, including 1) Assault-general (Misdemeanor), 2) Disorderly Conduct-fighting/violent Behavior (Misdemeanor), 3) Burglary 2nd Degree – Burglary/breaking And Entering (Felony), 4) Criminal Mischief 5th Degree (Misdemeanor), and 5) Criminal Mischief 4th Degree (Misdemeanor).

Authorities were called to the scene following reports of a disturbance, which escalated to include allegations of an assault and unauthorized entry.
