Locations impacted include… Dubuque, Maquoketa, Anamosa, Galena, Mechanicsville, Stanwood, Asbury, Monticello, Bellevue, Cascade, Stockton, Epworth, East Dubuque, Farley, Warren, Peosta, Preston, Hanover, Lowden, and Elizabeth.
