DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA – Starting Monday, June 16, 2025, at 7:30 AM, Higginsport Rd. will be closed for a culvert replacement project. The closure affects a 2,812-foot section between Bernard Rd. and Stoffel Rd., approximately 100 feet east of 17225 Higginsport Rd.

County crews will replace a crossroad pipe culvert, with the road expected to remain fully closed for about one day, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes during this time.
