DUBUQUE, IA – Evan James Frey, a 30-year-old Dubuque resident, was arrested on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 3:00 PM CDT at 2045 Pasadena Dr, following an incident involving multiple charges. Officer K.C. Pender made the arrest.
