On June 1, 2025, Dubuque County Authorities reported two arrests at the 20/Dyersville Exit, involving charges of Operating While Intoxicated (OWI), domestic abuse, and child endangerment.

At 5:37 AM, Brent David Lipinski, a 35-year-old – male, was arrested by Officer R.M. Freund on charges of OWI 1st Offense (misdemeanor) and Child Endangerment (misdemeanor). The incident occurred at 32380 20/Dyersville Exit.

Minutes later, at 5:45 AM, Destiny Elaine Forshee, a 20-year-old – female, was arrested by Officer B.M. Krause at 31699 20/Dyersville Exit. Forshee faces charges of Domestic Abuse Assault With Injury – Simple Assault (misdemeanor), Child Endangerment (misdemeanor), and Possession/Purchase of Alcohol by a Person 18/19/20 1st Offense (misdemeanor).
