DUBUQUE, Iowa — On May 25, 2025, at approximately 2:16 a.m., Quinn Jordan Jay, a 19-year-old resident of Dubuque, was arrested at the intersection of W 16th St and Cornell St, according to the Dubuque Police Department.

Jay faces multiple charges stemming from the incident, including Interference with Official Acts While Armed with a Firearm (Class D Felony), Assault While Displaying a Dangerous Weapon (Serious Misdemeanor), Person Ineligible to Carry Dangerous Weapons (Serious Misdemeanor), and Public Intoxication (Simple Misdemeanor).
