Dubuque Police Arrest Two in Late-Night Altercation on Elm Street

DUBUQUE, IA – On May 23, 2025, at approximately 00:16, Dubuque Police arrested Kalin Lee Erickson, 41, and Ronald L. Arthofer, 70, following a disorderly conduct incident at 2711 Elm St. Erickson faces charges of disorderly conduct-fighting, while Arthofer was charged with disorderly conduct-fighting and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The incident occurred between 23:45 on May 22 and 00:54 on May 23 in the 2700 block of Elm St. Arthofer was also identified as a victim in the altercation. Officer A.N. Klawitter responded, and the arrests were documented under AR 2025003549.
