DUBUQUE, IA – On May 21, 2025, at approximately 2:43 PM, Dillon Michael Hussey, an 18-year-old white male, was arrested at 770 Iowa St, Dubuque, Iowa. He faces a felony charge of third-degree sexual abuse involving forcible rape.
