DUBUQUE, IA – On May 18, 2025, at 3:32 AM, Payton Jillian Lenhart, an 18-year-old female, was arrested at 600 Kane St, Dubuque, by local law enforcement. Lenhart faces seven charges: Interference with Official Acts Causing Bodily Injury (Misdemeanor), Harassment 2nd Degree (Misdemeanor), Burglary 1st Degree (Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance – Marijuana 1st Offense (Misdemeanor), Public Intoxication (Misdemeanor), Minor Using/Possessing Tobacco/Vapor Product – 1st Offense (Misdemeanor), and Unlawful Use of License (Misdemeanor).
