FARLEY, Iowa — Alex Martin Ludwig, 20, was arrested by Dubuque County Sheriff’s deputies on May 15, 2025, at 5:45 PM at 306 Browns Court. He faces a charge of third-degree sexual abuse involving forcible rape, a Class C felony.
