DUBUQUE, Iowa — The City of Dubuque Parks Department reported an incident of 5th-degree criminal mischief at the 2700 block of Miracle League Drive on May 13, 2025. The vandalism occurred between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM and was reported to the Dubuque Police Department at 8:54 AM the following day.
