DUBUQUE, Iowa – On May 5, 2025, at approximately 8:35 p.m., Dubuque Police responded to a disturbance at Liquior Tobacco And Gas 1401 Central Ave., arresting three individuals involved in a violent incident.

Anthony Dewayne Crowder, 52, of 2323 White St., was arrested at 8:59 p.m. on felony charges of going armed with intent, willful injury causing bodily harm, and participating in a riot.

Desmond Jermane Altman, 45, of 2670 Dodge St., Apt. 331, was taken into custody at 9:12 p.m. for a felony charge of participating in a riot.

Arkeesha Monique Neely, 44, also of 2323 White St., was apprehended at 9:23 p.m., facing a felony charge of participating in a riot, along with misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
