Dubuque, IA – April 23, 2025
In the early hours of Wednesday morning, Tyrell Chevell Spearman, a 35-year-old male, was arrested at the law enforcement center at 770 Iowa Street, Dubuque, Iowa. The arrest occurred at approximately 5:30 AM. Spearman, who is identified as Black/Male, is facing charges of Willful Injury – Bodily Injury, a felony-level offense.
