Dubuque, IA – On Saturday, April 12, 2025, at approximately 4:01 PM, local law enforcement arrested Paul Langley Ellis 23, at 35 N Booth St in Dubuque, Iowa.

According to police records, Langley was charged with two offenses: 1) Assault While Displaying A Dangerous Weapon, a misdemeanor, and 2) Harassment in the 3rd Degree, also a misdemeanor.
