A trial date has been set for May 6th, 2025, Bienash who pleaded not guilty for charged with multiple counts of third-degree sexual abuse of a child, pandering of a minor for prostitution, prostitution, sexual exploitation of a minor, purchase or possession of depictions of a minor in a sex act, and dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors.

Specifically, Bienash faces four counts of third-degree sexual abuse of a child, all classified as Class C felonies, allegedly occurring on November 1, 17, 24, and December 1, 2024. He is also charged with pandering of a minor for prostitution, another Class C felony, and four counts of prostitution, each a Class D felony, related to incidents in November and December of 2024. Two Class B felony charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and a Class C felony of sexual exploitation of a minor involving promoting a film are also filed against him, along with a Class D felony for purchase or possession of depictions of a minor in a sex act, all from November 2024. The final charge is a serious misdemeanor for dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors, allegedly occurring on January 24, 2024.
