
Bagley, WI – On March 12, 2025, at approximately 2:53 a.m., Grant County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a reported two-vehicle crash in the Village of Bagley.
Upon arrival, deputies determined that Michael Tillotson, 51, of Bagley, was operating a 2009 Dodge Dakota southbound on South Bagley Avenue. Tillotson lost control of his vehicle and subsequently struck a legally parked, unoccupied 2019 Jeep Cherokee.
There were no injuries reported as a result of the collision. However, both vehicles sustained substantial damage.
Michael Tillotson was arrested for 2nd offense Operating While Intoxicated (OWI). He was also cited for Operating without insurance, Failure to maintain control of a vehicle, and Unreasonable and imprudent speed.
Persons arrested or referred for charges by the Grant County Sheriff’s Office are presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. An arrest only indicates probable cause exists to bring formal charges. The names of victims and witnesses to a crime have been withheld per Wisconsin Statute §950.04.
