The Dubuque Police Department responded to a significant disturbance at Coniskay Park involving a group of individuals. Video footage captured on Snapchat and subsequently transmitted to us revealed their unruly conduct. As the summer season approaches, it is imperative for law enforcement agencies to maintain heightened vigilance in park areas to safeguard public safety.
