DUBUQUE, IA – A 50-year-old Dubuque resident, Wanda Kaye Berg, was arrested late Friday night, February 28, 2025, following a traffic stop at 2599 61/Twin Valley Drive. The arrest occurred at approximately 11:29 p.m., according to records.

Berg, facing serious misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence (DUI) and aggravated misdemeanor child endangerment, was arrested by Dubuque County Deputy B.M. Krause after an incident was reported and handled.
