DUBUQUE, Iowa — A 50-year-old local man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on serious charges involving a minor, authorities confirmed. Michael Anthony Mullahey was taken into custody on February 12, 2025, at approximately 2:49 p.m. at 90 John F. Kennedy Road in Dubuque, Iowa, following allegations of enticing a minor under the age of 16 for sexual purposes.
The arrest was executed by Officer W.J. Ostola of the Dubuque Police Department, who apprehended Mullahey without incident at the business address.
