DUBUQUE, IA – The annual Winter Arts Snow Sculpting Festival, running from February 6th to 9th at Washington Park, has captivated visitors with its stunning snow art. Teams of professional, amateur, and collegiate artists create intricate sculptures from massive snowblocks.

Today, the park buzzes with excitement as the final sculptures are displayed. The public can explore the creations and vote for the People’s Choice Award at 4 PM in the Dubuque Museum of Art, where Mayor Brad Cavanagh will present the prize.
