Daniel Lampers, 22, was sentenced by Dubuque District Judge Michael J Schubatt to a six-year suspended jail sentence and seven years probation for exchanging photos containing sexual content with a girl under 16. He pleaded guilty in November 2024 In Dubuque County District Court to enticing a minor for sexual purposes and disseminating obscene material to minors. A third charge was dropped.
