A 2016 Nissan Juke was traveling westbound on Skyline Road, and failed to stop at the intersection of Highway 151 and Skyline/Monastery Road. This caused a semi to collide with the driver’s side of vehicle.

The driver of Nissan was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Mariadivina Graziano, a 25-year-old woman, was identified as the driver of the Nissan vehicle involved in the fatal accident. Tragically, Graziano was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Iowa State Patrol is investigating this accident, assisted by the Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, Peosta Police Department, Bernard Fire Department, and Key West Fire Department.
