Dubuque Police Arrest Two Individuals on Multiple Charges
On January 18, 2025, Dubuque police officers made two significant arrests related to separate incidents on Washington Street.
Rushing Marshawn Omar (21), was arrested at 11:42 a.m. at 2349 Washington Street. Omar faces multiple charges, including:
- Going Armed With Intent (Felony)
- Willful Injury – Bodily Injury (Felony)
- Criminal Mischief 4th Degree (Misdemeanor)

Additionally, Miracle Jean Teckemeyer (21), was apprehended at 1:35 p.m. at 2701 Washington Street. Teckemeyer has been charged with:
